The breakfast was fantastic with made-to-order omelettes!

The bed felt as hard as a board and made sleeping difficult.

Wonderful hotel with great food and ATTENTIVE staff. Perfect location in the very very nice area, very close to other services close by, and the Oregon Air. Great place to stay for a trip to Eugene.

The comforter was awesome. Parking was good. The hotel was near many things. The workers there were very nice.

Knowing the usual daily price of this hotel verses others made me expect more. I prefer the other hotels in the area. I had a room on the 3rd floor near an elevator....bad idea.

Nice stay, but loud A/C!

The room was super clean, and I loved the bright décor. Staff was so friendly and helpful, made everything smooth. Breakfast was good, with some fresh options to start the day. Just a heads up, the A/C unit was really noisy, hard to sleep well.

For US $776.00 a night and requested seperate beds (not provided) and there for 3 nights not great.

I didn't like the fact that I booked for $254.00 +tax Thru you and got billed $374.00 when I got to the hotel. I will no longer stay at ANY Hampton inn or book with Booked.net.

I stayed for a short visit to catch up with family and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The staff were welcoming. I really appreciated having access to a fitness center, which added to my overall comfort. The breakfast options were plentiful, helping me start my day on a good note.

The 24-7 coffee in the lobby was perfect! The cookies a wonderful touch. The decor was very warm and inviting. Although none of thus even touches the level of the staff. Day or nite they were wondrful!

For the cost of the rooms:The cheap watersaver showerheads need to go. The bathroom needs better lighting for us ladies doing hair and makeup. And the pillows were mushy and uncomfortable.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and neat, breakfast was very good and satisfying.

The common areas were so cute, I felt at home! The décor was bright and cheerful, and the amenities made it easy for me to navigate without any hassle. The cozy atmosphere helped me unwind.

A full-length mirror would be nice.

Excellent hotel with great internet access, a fitness center, and friendly 24-hour reception. I will always remember how the staff helped my elderly parents with such kindness. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

Room was great-sized and recently refurbished, with a spacious bathroom. Good and excellent location close to airport made it easy to get to key attractions.

Very comfortable and accommodating staff. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Lobby was well appointed and breakfast was good.

Signage for driveway could gave been better. Missed it the first time. Employee smoking on bench as you walked to entrance was not good. Smoking areas for staff and visitors should not be in front of entrance. When you come from parking lot you have to walk through.

The hampton inn was super clean, and the staff was so polite. I love how it's close to everything i need when visiting family. The indoor pool and fitness center.

It was the cleanest, most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in. Even the grout on the floor of the bathroom was clean! Comfortable room and bed; I have arthritis in my back and hips and I woke up refreshed and not sore.

Wished the location had been within walking distance of the restaurants and shopping but I'd stay here again!
